      Pros

      Benefits are excellent--401k, healthcare, vacation and sick leave as well as bonus days off and summer Fridays are wonderful. There are fun projects to work on and a sense of excitement while doing so. On the digital side there are some great properties and there is a sense of pride in being a part of those. Senior management are nice and approachable people genuinely interested in employee well-being. I see them as hard-working and competent allies.

      Cons

      Non-productive sacred cows linger for years long after their skills have deprecated and negatively affect morale. No west coast career path. Your wings are clipped--innovation just isn't in the culture.

      Friendly/laid back environment, learned a lot, met some great mentors.

      Cons

      Sometimes there wasn't a lot to do and I wound up surfing the internet at my desk. Also, this internship was unpaid.
