      Pros

      The pros of working for Viacom include the people, the lifestyle, the brands and the benefits. There is also plenty of room for growth.

      Cons

      It is hard to come up with any cons based on my experience thus far. The biggest complaint would be the Times Square location.

      Lost controls at oversea branches

      Pros

      MTV provides great deal of content, so it is true for oversea branches.

      Cons

      Seems the management at HQ have no idea how each local branch operates. It was really waste of time working there. The ex-MTV Singapore people are saying the same. Turn over rate is quite high.
