      Pros

      Company is going through a lot of positive change and is becoming increasingly competitive to other media sites. Flatter organization with better up and down communication. HQ in downtown San Francisco. Location is excellent.

      Cons

      Currently going through some legacy issues of management and technology, but it's at the tail end of the process.

      Pros

      The executives are extremely friendly and everyone works in a group effort. Fast paced environment that never seems to stop. There is always something exciting going on.

      Cons

      Could not work more than 30 hours a week, there was a lot of opportunity to grow and not being there made me miss out on things.
