      Pros

      It's the kind of company that someone may leave but want to come back to down the road. You're working with smart, creative people who challenge you.

      Cons

      So many people want to work there that it's hard to get in the door and there's not a lot of mobility at times.

      Pros

      For someone who's right out of school, it's a great place to learn about the media industry. While the salary is not competitive, the benefits and perks definitely bump up what you get.

      Cons

      The pay is pretty low around entry level positions - and freelancers tend to get the short end of the stick in terms of benefits.
