work with smart & ambitious people, good exposure to overall media business, open to experimentation & paving the way to employees to explore if senior leadership "buys" into the vision and of course convinced that there's a revenue upside

Cons

not easy to break the gridlocks when internal corporate politics enter the picture and unity is not achieved. may take months to decide on something and move forward, usually at someone else's expense or department

Great people, exciting industry, exposure to the type of work that is rare in Singapore. The company as a whole is changing for the better under the current CEO.

Cons

Still very focus within the US market. Being in an international office can feel a bit insecure.
