Pros

Flexible working hours. Great health benefits. Bright office with fast, stable Internet connection. Superb culture: staff initiated, as well as company-sponsored events. Employees generally care about one another and their work. Work-life balance is good, generally, but managed team by team. The people make this company what it is.

Cons

Politics are rampant here, so much so, that it's chased great people out at all levels. As a media company living in the digital world, there should be a greater importance on technology through the ranks, especially at the top. Mostly slow moving execs.

Pros

No one cares if you show up late, because all the producers are late too. Work included getting coffee, which is easy!

Cons

You can't really give your creative advice because the egotistical producers are too stupid to acknowledge that the interns are smarter than they are.
