Perks are good (not as good as the ones in NY), great work life balance, work hard - play hard! Looks great on the resume

Cons

perks available in the NY offices are exponentially greater than those offered in the region offices (excluding LA). Office politics plays a large role in promotions, etc. There can be some cattiness from time to time as well.Pay could be a little better

Pros

CBSi is a comfortable work environment with great camaraderie. The work/life balance can be great, but is entirely up to you and your team. CBSi offers a great opportunity for driven individuals, more responsibility is given to younger people with less experience so they learn quickly. This means you can learn the skills earlier here than you would grinding out time for others.

Cons

Because it is hard to get fired there are some people camped out without pushing innovation. It has been a few years since I've worked there, but signs were on the wall of slowly stagnating approach to innovation. CBSi was slow to move into emerging categories leaving them on the sidelines. In general pay is below market standard in sales department, but again you trade that for more responsibility.
