Once agree at place to work, but gone down hill, all the great exec's to have left.

Pros

Its a very big organization, their main NYC building has nice amenities for employees, the work culture is pretty laid back, dress code is relaxed. There are some nice folks working their.

Cons

In the time I was there (almost 10 years) I saw them eliminate so many benefits. They cater to their "Top 25" executives, decisions making factors in how it impacts them most and not those further down the food chain. As a result, they have eliminated pensions, service recognition bonus (which employees received every year after 5 years of service) butchered the insurance plans, (premiums and deductible are much higher for less coverage). And, they're a bit shady in how they relay this information to employees (great news, we're fazing out the pension plan!!!).

Pros

The benefits here are amazing good medical and dental insurance, plenty of vacation days, and at Nickelodeon there is a generally friendly atmosphere. Your salary does take a hit because of this though.

Cons

There is too much senior level staff, and so no one has jurisdiction over what they do. It makes the day to day frustrating.

It is a great place to learn digital advertising. There is room for growth and management is very willing to work with you on growing your skills.

Cons

Depending on the accounts you work on you may have to work long hours but sometimes the toughest accounts are the ones that teach you the most.
