      Could be a great company but a bit too chaotic

      Pros

      Compensation is good. Benefits are good. Lodge is good. Top Executive leadership seems to be doing a good job with Wall Street.

      Cons

      Too many silos. Too many initiatives which are not thought through. Lots of wasted time and money on initiatives which don't meet requirements, are redundant or simply unnecessary. Too many missed opportunities. Politics, politics, politics.

      Pros

      Nice working environment, competetive salary, middle management is mostly competent, non stressful job load. Some possibility to influence what projects to wok on.

      Cons

      Senior management has no idea of the direction the company is moving to. The projects are not evaluated upon their implementation. The company survives on existing contracts. It is a shame for media company working in the Web for more than a decade.

      amazing work/life balance. fun, smart group of people. great variety of projects and opportunities. no micromanagement. reasonable deadlines.

      Cons

      seems to be an end of an era. programming is down the tubes. viacom's corporate grip suffocating creative. inappropriate, high school culture.
