      Very family friendly, very flexible. Interesting large scale problems.

      At times there are disparate bickering and disorganization between business units which can at times lead to confusion and disarray within individual groups.

      A good place to get started, tough to move ahead

      Pros

      As an account coordinator I learned a lot about sales administration duties, how to put together proposals, and how to support sales reps. I enjoyed the team that I worked with, there were many intelligent and vibrant people working there. My boss taught me well and the training for ACs is pretty strong.

      Cons

      I would've like to have stayed, but it's very difficult to move up within this company. I tried going for several promotions and each time someone external was brought in as the new hire. It appears that CBSi wants people in more entry-level roles to stay there until they take a job elsewhere.
