      Flexible with schedule Cross-functional collaboration Decent pay Career development courses Excellent medical insurance

      Cons

      Although pay is decent, it could be better/more Doesn't have enough room to move up, even with development courses. There was plenty in the beginning (pre-covid). Company is not transparent enough when it comes to layoffs, did not handle these very well and caused thousands of hard working employees to lose their job
