      Pros

      The people, hands-down, are the greatest reason to work at CBS Interactive. If ever there was a working team I could call "family", it was here. They are also not satisfied with merely being "competitive"; they intentionally and continuously seek out better, more customer-focused and market-driving product experiences.`

      Cons

      Difficult to say. If I am nitpicking, I might say that unless you are in field sales or willing to relocate, there may be few opportunities for advancement, given how simple they keep the organizational structure.

      Great place to learn, great culture and management

      Pros

      The company culture is very welcoming. Great benefits and managers. Great place to learn and grow in the sales world. You will learn how to work with all kinds of personalities and to be great at multitasking.

      Cons

      Entry level is very much executive assistant work AND media work in the Sales department. In some cases be ready to do two jobs. Entry level pay is low compared to the rest of the marketplace and opportunity to be promoted within is limited but very possible (regional office).
