Pros

People are generally helpful in the organization. The leadership is sometimes slow to make decisions but that isn't particularly new in this size of a company.

Cons

Some employees are complacent because they have been there for a long time and they aren't going to move if not provoked. I'd like to see them cut some of the stale talent there.

low pay compared to industry probably because of old-school CBS Corporation Not a place to stay in the long-run; good place to learn and explore better pastures. High turnover

Pros

Great energy, dynamic and environment to learn for the truest self-starters and people with degrees in communications or media. Relishes the job and doesn't mind work-life balance disruption. A nice enough group of people and variety of personalities.

Cons

Not a good place to apply perceived 'transferable skills'. Learning curve is unforgiving unless one's background is as shown in "pros". Wage stagnation abound. Regularly overheard bad/ frustrated chatter about it.
