Pros

Large and established company. Room for growth and movement. Lots of training to give you tools to succeed. You feel proud to be part of the massive CBS brand.

Cons

Work/life balance does not exist. 10-12 hour workdays not uncommon. Although lunch breaks are allowed, the culture does not promote them. Account services is not a respected part of the group. Most days are incredibly busy. Hard work is undervalued on the account services team. The stars are on the sales team.

Pros

Creative people, collaborative environment. Great place to pass through and have on your resume before going elsewhere.

Cons

Constant layoffs. Constant. Every few months. Everyone is expendable. Few staff positions anyway. Lots of permalancing.

Pros

Parties and Benefits are great.

Cons

Everyone is little waiting for the opportunity to stab someone else in the back to move up in ranks.
