      It's amazing to work on projects that seem to shaping our pop culture (VMA's, Music Awards, New programming)

      Cons

      the experiences really vary depending on your department. The constant restructuring can make our team feel a lot like chess pieces.

      Pros

      - Great if you're a new grad - If you're a 'doer' or good at serving others, you'll get along fine here. There's a lack of accountability here, so anyone who picks up other people's slack will be a hero - Tickets to the Price is Right! (if you play your cards right)

      Cons

      - Double Standards with the upper management. They can do no wrong, but when they actually in the wrong, everyone must turn the other cheek. If you're lower management and you make a mistake, you'll get fired. - Good luck if you're culturally different - you'll get chased out immediately - Too many people in higher management with terrible or non-existent management skills - Upper Management has little patience when tasks aren't completed per their unspoken rules - Daily finger pointing, with invalid reasoning - A lot of "fake it till you make it" personalities - Some departments are misogynistic and/or will only work Tues - Thurs (which is horrible for productivity)
