      For my first full-time job out of college, Viacom has given me a great perspective on corporate culture, media and new tech. I'm able to learn on the job and feel like I have the experience of someone who has been on the workforce for 10 years. - top benefits re: healthcare, PTO - soft benefits include unique opportunities to celebrate culture, identity & meet celebs via company resource groups - Amazing CEO and upper management - many facets of corporate/technical work can be integrated in a cool, pop-culture company

      Cons

      - would like to see more clear-cut ways to move up in company - understandable for a large company, but many depts. are doing similar work & not communicating properly. Middle management could work more effectively to help increase synergy.
