Pros
Joined a great team with high visibility and a lot of responsibility while remaining lean. I enjoyed getting to know my coworkers who were for the most part, genuine people all doing their best. Paramount brands are beloved so it was keeping that joy up.
Cons
High pressure, low staffed, layoffs common, ego centric personalities, dysfunctional chains of command. If you can have more autonomy and be less close to the executive leadership level, you may be able to enjoy the job more. Implicit bias still prevalent.
