      Pros

      Paramount has a great benefits package, and hires at market rate. Managers and above are eligible for bonuses.

      Cons

      Paramount has had rolling layoffs for the last year (2023-2024) in the hopes of reducing costs and selling/merging. If you are looking to stay in the role for a while, you may want to look at a different company until they sort it out. If you do choose to take a job with Paramount, negotiate the highest salary you can, bc it may be a while before you see any significant increase.
