      Friendly environment, good benefits, nice studio

      Cons

      Pay is under market value, flexibility depends on manager and varies greatly even in the same department (remote flexibility, time off etc.), Layoffs and doing 2 people's job for no potential raises or promotions, which was made clear: something "amazing" has to be done to earn it...whatever that actually means...

      Recognizable brands, strong IPs, still capable of producing good content.

      Cons

      Used to be a positive place to work, respected staff. However, tv and media is no longer as profitable and there seems to be no long term plans aside from cutting costs and being acquired by Skydance.
