Pros
I wasn't in the animation guild but they still provided me with health insurance, 5 hours of over time pay every week, and people I worked with were really nice.
Cons
They were not clear when my end date was. So it was a little hard to plan out what I was going to do next when I didn't know when I would no longer be employed by them. I did have an estimate though.
