      The studio is small and quaint. Easy to get from point to another. Lots of movie history. Coworkers and colleagues were great. Made some great connections. The annual Christmas Party is pretty cool.

      Cons

      Your work success and stress all hinge on who's filling the manager and supervisor positions. Managers & Supervisors should be team builders and have people skills. Things fall apart when these positions are filled with narcissists, ego maniacs, or individuals with a zest for positions of power and authority.
