Pros

They understand life-work balance needs can be different for each person.

Cons

Being in Canada, it's only a service industry, not many chances to grow.

Pros

Had some of my favorite career memories here. Culture used to be amazing 4-5 years ago, with fun projects and work. Made awesome friends. Now it's time to get out.

Cons

Old school TV network mentality that moves at a dinosaur space. So many politics and cooks, sometimes you have to get buy-in from SO MANY people to move forward with a decision. Difficult mobility, easy to get overlooked. Big internal push for D&I, but ironically, most of our content is white-led. (Look at the Paramount+ lineup alone.) The pay is definitely on the low end. Tons of egos, especially among senior management.
