Pros

Great perks such as employee screenings, free posters, home videos and seeing movie stars. The environment on the lot always felt fresh and exciting with all the filming!

Cons

Salary levels are well below industry levels, too much politics within some particular divisions (i.e. less than bright people getting promoted in executive positions).

Pros

It can be a good place to meet people at other vendors/studios. The lot is a very fun place to walk around.

Cons

Paramount pays poorly, does not promote from within and is very poorly managed. Hiring and promotion are very nepotistic -- merit has little to do with who succeeds. Different departments are practically at war with one another most of the time, and most people are looking to cover their own rear end rather than get the job done.
