Pros

Working on the lot is fun. People are good, on a whole. Good benefits, though, used to be great benefits. Free movies.

Cons

Upper management only cares about cutting back now. It used to be that Paramount would treat you like family. If your job was eliminated, you were transferred. If none, you would be held on and/or called back first. Much more impersonal today. Like a "typical" corporation. Nothing special to work there anymore.
