      Pros

      The employees throughout the organization were the best and at times the funest part of the job. I learned to negotiate, bring people and ideas together to accomplish the overall goals and plans of an organization. Annual employee events, health coverage

      This enabled a very split thinking environment, negotiating this divide was the hardest part of the job. Unions

      Benefits are good. Learn a great deal about how a movie studio is run. See how unglamorous the production business is.

      Cons

      Pay is ok, but very rarely do people move up through the job ranks.
