      Great benefits and perks! The lot is beautiful. love the culture. People are easy going and friendly. The department I worked in was very organized and the SAP systems were customized to make your work more effiencient. One of the best places I've ever worked at:

      The yearly lay offs, lucky if you make it over 5 years.

      Pros

      There are some great people still here, and if you take the initiative you can learn a lot about all areas of the business by reaching out to others (assuming they don't see you as a threat). The backlot is gorgeous and there is a lot of Hollywood history everywhere.

      Cons

      Upper management has been making terrible decisions for a while now. Many good people have already jumped ship rather than continue to take direction from irrational bosses. The studio has lost many of its more recent tentpoles and has been struggling to find anything with staying power, besides the one saving grace of Transformers (as terrible as those are).

      Salaries are on the low side, the company has been downsizing the last few years.
