      Pros

      Great name to have on your resume and working on the lot is fun. Everyone at the company is friendly and wants to do good work.

      Cons

      The pay could be better and working for such a big company can get old and stale sometimes.

      Pros

      I met a ton of creative execs and was able to sit down with them on a few occasions. The assistants weren't all so eager to give me work, but they were all available to talk with me at some point.

      Cons

      So many coffee runs and errands. But I guess it's like that everywhere. Also, the pay isn't so great! $10/hr to pay rent in Los Angeles? My parents still needed to support me.
