      Good for a resume, good for meeting people in the business.

      Low pay, long hours, survival of the fittest mentality, isolating structure and stressed out employees.

      Holidays - Vacation Schedule Paramount Lot .........

      Cons

      Paramount has been hollowed out so much that there is not enough product to run a viable business, which has lead to ever increasing slashing of overhead (sorry staff). At a time when other Studios and there corporate parents are well diversified in their media and entertainment assets, what is startling is how the Paramount/Viacom train has gone so far off the tracks. A handful of movies a year and very limited TV production doesn't bode well..

      Some great people but lacking in leadership at the senior level.

      Cons

      The place continues to fall off a cliff. How it's still standing is one of the greatest mysteries of our time.
