      Pros

      Office environment was really fun and open. Plenty of jokes and open conversation. Everyone on the team was super nice, helpful and willing to provide information. Cool thing going on all the time in the publicity department

      Cons

      Being an intern isn't super busy all the time. Sometimes you have to fish for work or spend time reading, but that's okay.

      You work at a major hollywood studio!.....that is falling apart

      benefits, pay was decent, pretty lot, hollywood history

      Cons

      Never take the "anonymous" surveys that are sent out from management, they are tied back to you and you can get fired if you are 100% positive in them. Tons of layoffs every quarter, people walk on eggshells hoping not to be in the next round. Management get excellent bonuses...everyone else gets nothing.
