Pros

Beautiful lot, smaller studio then the other majors allows you to interact with more divisions and senior management. Great benefits and perks.

Cons

Technology is old and out dated compared to other studios. Laid back work ethic can be frustrating to employees who come in from other studios who are used to more corporate environments where projects and work are expected to be completed on time to a high standard.

Pros

Lovely surroundings, the studio is looked after by dedicated team of great people of Paramount Pictures' facility and studio teams.

Cons

IT leaders need to be culled, infrastructure is dated and constantly in maintenance mode, bandages over bandages, the entire infrastructure is one giant technical debt. There is no investment in technology or employees. Most of the IT management are bullies, and constantly flap their wings to make sure you know they are important on the most minute tasks. Women beware, management discourages you to be proud of your promotion and will not make any announcement or celebrate your success, he will ask you to keep it quiet, as he doesn't want retaliation from others. A different story for men however, you will get a big announcement, and be praised in all hands meeting in front of all your colleagues.
