      - beautiful lot - 90% good people

      Cons

      - departments are siloed and compete with each other. - rumors of layoffs. - inconsistant experience for same titles, some people have years more experience with a lesser title than others. - culture of paranoia. - micromanaging senior management. - poor communication within departments. - lack of ability to learn and grow. bosses intentionally block you from information as a power play. - salaries are not competitive. - horrible work life balance.

      Work for a great boss

      Cons

      Never get bonuses and when you do get cost of living increase it's only about 1-3% of your salary. They also say they like to promote within, still have yet to see that happen.
