Pros
You get to meet some amazing talented people. I made some great friends and had a great experience when it came to team work. Benefits and insurance were a plus.
Cons
All executives seemed to focus on were cutting salaries from everyone below to secure their raises and bonuses. People are quitting daily, it's a sinking ship and you can feel it in the energy -low employee moral. If you are not an executive chances are you will be over worked and under paid. Overtime is cut at least once a year for a few months.
