      The friends you'll make in the program during the time you're there.

      Cons

      The uniforms, the management, the training, and having to compete with everyone just so you can work full-time. FYI-- they'll hire white people first before hiring any person of color. That's the trend you will see --no doubt.

      Career advancement - HR and upper management are not looking to invest in their current employees. Thinks everyone is replaceable.
