Pros
I enjoy solving difficult problem and working towards a solution that benefits everyone involved and ha really kid benefits for the bottom the bottom line profitably of the company the company. I enjoy seeing what I do has a positive impact on the company and enacts real visual positive change.
Cons
While working in my current position we have not beeen able to thrive due upper management and the near weekly layoffs. I was not laid off but I ended up doing over 11 people's jobs and work life balance ceased to exist to be available to me or any one else. The culture at the lot spiraled and it was hard to get people to work hard and be excited about projects when they were so overwhelmed.
