However, your note regarding your experiences with management are concerning, as this is in no way representative of the values and culture permeated from the CBSi HR or executive team. Although the processes may not be apparent to all employees, our internal compensation bands are reviewed several times per year to ensure that employees performing the same job are being compensated fairly and in line with market compensation data.
