      Pros

      Paragon was more than flexible with school schedules. It's great for someone who enjoys interacting with people since the foot traffic is pretty high. It's very easy to get an entry level job. The owner is extremely pleasant. He often helps out during busy times. Very down to earth.

      Cons

      Paragon has high employee and managerial turn over. There's really no freedom to be creative because every little idea has to be approved. The stock rooms are filthy!

      Pros

      Customer interaction was great, people are very happy when you give them good advice and personal attention. Discounts on merchandise was handy. Co-workers in any department were fun and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Managers seem to disappear for long periods of time. Laid off at the start of the recession which was fine but was told out of the blue that I didn't force customers to buy multiple products at once. It wasn't stated that doing so was a requirement when I started.
