The people are nice, and you also get a sweet discount on all sporting goods.

Cons

Upper management shows lack of appreciation towards the capabilities of their lower echelon employees. Lack of upward mobility within the company.

Being around athletes with different specialties from all over the world, it's inevitable to breed a winning positive energy from the sales floor to senior management. As a middle management executive, it keeps me humble to see marathoners to triathletes conquering one race after another. That energy is what makes me love the atmosphere of Paragon, despite the high quality product assortment.

Cons

Since it's a family owned and operated small business, company benefits must be earned and asked for. Thus, it's not what you would expect in an traditional corporate company.
