      company has a crazy turn over rate

      Pros

      Very Few pros to this place, poorly run, poorly managed.

      Cons

      Worked here for about a year before quitting. The company is notorious for having a high employee turnover rate, the company fires for just about anything. Saw a guy get fired for a mild screw up during his TRAINING WEEK, how can trainee's learn if they get fired for a mild mess up?

      Great job stability, upward mobility, benefits, training, family environment, competitive wages.

      Cons

      I honestly cant say there were any cons except that as in any retail environment a lot of outside factors influence your performance.

      Minimum wage, commission is so minimal not even worth your time, part time positions without room for growth, people there for a long time get special treatment, supervisors are young and have no experience with supervising, 30% discount only, security at the door are rude to employees and make $500 if they catch an employee steal, so they are always suspicious about employees, childish gossip all over the store and the WORST PART OF PARAGON: They keep minorities in the stock room and cashier, not helping all the white rich customers that make up >90% of the customers
