One can be high achiever, and next 3 months having issues. 7. There will be very little guidance down to a point where leadership sets the wrong KPI for a certain skill sets. Amazing!! 8. Only want good news but if you are the bearer of truth, you will be on thin ice.

Don't expect any promotions there, it's mostly politics and depends on who you know rather than how good you do your job. some managers still micro manage and their methods are outdated. Most of the good talents already left the company for better opportunities and higher pays.
