Pros

If you need a job they can provide some good experience, and through that experience you will learn to appreciate every other company you work for

Cons

Long term goals are to dismantle the US site, evidenced in the complete outsourcing of MIS from 400 people to 11, with IBM doing everything. Overall, 2300 employees in 2002 down to 850 in 2008 speaks for itself

Pros

Great benefits, some decent team members.

Cons

Terribly documented and conflicting training. Very manually intensive work instructions and guidelines. Like dealing with 19th century business practices. Management becomes very defensive when challenged on conflicting instructions.
