Morale is at the lowest I've seen it. Constant rumors of layoffs and never ending org changes. Everything is a secret - no communication on the issues that matter. Incompetent management. No plan of advancement. It's all about who you know. Constant reassignment of work spaces. Management has decided that an open work space (no cube walls) is a good thing for all. Apparently the idea that some work better without distraction from movement and noise is lost on those that sit in an office with a door.
