Great foundational experience, All realms of automation are available to learn, Experience and work pressure is going to shape you for the future to be a strong engineer.

Cons

There isnt a real future here, Japan takes most of the big projects so skill level will start to feel like its stalling after a while... Management is an option if you like to placate and grease the rungs of the ladder by brown nosing or playing politics.
