Good Pay, decent benefits, some departments have a bit of growth. Good for professionals fresh out of college.

Cons

Chaotic, no work life balance, lack of transparency and communication regarding priorities and even changes in the organization. Leaders only focus on numbers instead of creating high quality products, processes and safe environment for their employees, and Executives turn the blind eye and their actions don't match their words.
