Good pay, flexible hours, high quality products you can be proud of.

Cons

No career advancement. Do not expect any promotions or changes in the current status. The company only invests in development of Japanese employees and not the Americans. The company is organized with silos of different work groups across the local sales company and across the globe. These silos do not work well together. Issues brought to upper management regarding problems are frequently ignored or thrown back to the employees telling them its up to them to solve the problem even if these issues traverse across multiple groups in the company. Working at Panasonic is a job, not a career.

Pros

Good compensation. Good location. Interesting industry.

Cons

Company is going through changes which are very taxing on employees' moral. A lot of new outside hires in high positions. No tradition of promoting from within or career planning. This company demands loyalty and sacrifice without doing the same for the employees. No work-life balance... at all!

None. Ask anyone that works there today. No one is happy. And I mean no one.

Cons

Old school management, trying to hold on until retirement. No branding at all, will lie to customers to get purchase orders at all costs, environment of blame. Everyone has a target on their back.
