Good location near the shopping centre. Good salary.

Cons

Management feels tired and lacks innovation, Many people in key roles have been with the company for a long time, and they are too comfortable doing things the way they have always been done. HR is also not good at promoting company culture or improving employee moral, with social activities few and far between.
