Most people are knowledgable and hard working. Plenty of coffee.

Cons

Top Heavy, too many managers that manage no one, or managers that don't know how to perform. Many slackers that choose to avoid work and responsibility. For some reason they survive. Leadership lacks the vision of what it takes to produce a quality product. Leadership positions are frequently vacated.
