1. The philosophy at the beginning of the founder is good but cannot see any 2. Leadership fighting among each other and only protects one selves as the apple is rotten at the top. 3. Leadership can approve execution approach, but once is not well received, blame game starts from the top. 4. They will say we have this process and that but is all broken or half bake. 5. Innovation is always on the plate during interview, but when comes to implementation, will want it Panasonic ways which is not much of a change. 6. One can be high achiever, and next 3 months having issues. 7. There will be very little guidance down to a point where leadership sets the wrong KPI for a certain skill sets. Amazing!! 8. Only want good news but if you are the bearer of truth, you will be on thin ice.
