There are some very niche and solid engineer you can meet there. World class. Take that opportunity to seek mentorship. Those guys are willing but will not look for you.

Cons

It's a sort of cubicle environment. It's fine for focus work. Lots of good guys go workout (swim, bike, run) at lunch.
