The people are the best part about Panasonic. They're generally professional, respectful and genuinely good people that care about others and helping the community.

Cons

Like most big companies, there's a lot of red tape and inefficiencies, which sometimes makes it difficult to get things done. There's also a strategy du jour approach by management so companies are merged, then un-merged every so often. That makes it hard to move the company forward as these organizational changes are very disruptive.

Good salary, extraordinary benefit on holidays and allowance, friendly working environment, well-organized TNC

Cons

Female workers suffer gender discrimination, almost no promotion & no rotation internally. Most of the top management are lack of capability to response in a quick move in the electronic component industry. Some of them even could not manipulate computer or ERP. Always ask employees to do the same report in different format .
