Pros

Very good benefits Interesting project Ample parking

Cons

Extremely political. Zero experience in software and no willingness to learn. Promotions are not merit based but rather about deflecting blame and fitting an image and mold. Old boys club. Openly hostile to new ideas. You will be demeaned and warned against speaking up.

Pros

Great benefits, free snacks coffee and soda, PTO, meet some awesome people

Cons

After I submitted a review of PENA on Facebook they blocked me because they just want people to see the glowing reviews. My time at PENA was a learning experience. It's a highly dysfunctional company that behaves like a start up. If you are a blow hard with no experience you will be promoted very quickly here. They promoted ill qualifed people that have never worked in manufacturing over people who are hard workers because they brown nose the right people. Their training program is a joke and they hire anyone with a pulse to do the job weither they are crack addicts or alcoholics. So many times have I seen people getting high in the parking lot and seen discarded needles on the ground. Pena prides themselves on hitting 6 billion cells. But their quality is garbage and they don't want you to know that half of the 6 billion end up in the garbage because Tesla can't use them. So if you can shut your brain off be a mindless robot then Pena is for you.

Pros

Pros? Does not even exist

Cons

• box files were torn and mouldy and they expect us to reuse the files. After handling the files, the hands feel disgusting. • toxic environment with bossy seniors and bosses who were very unprofessional at work, being childish, not looking at the big picture of solving the problem and helping within the team •rigid and manual structure, bosses do not think out of the box, expect you to be a robot and stay till midnight to input all the figures manually into their cell locked spreadsheet •no work life balance because the work was too manual. A no life job. Going to work everyday i ask myself the meaning of life •propaganda working environment. broadcast to exercise every morning, recess bells at lunch time and bell rings in the evening. Feels unprofessional being treated like a school kid than a working adult
